Help Desk

Located in the Rutgers Student Computer Center on the first floor of Robeson Library, the Help Desk staff is available by phone, email or in person. The service is offered during computer lab hours.

Camden Educational Series

OIT-Camden offers training on equipment, desktop software and systems each fall and spring through the Camden Educational Series. The free sessions are open to all Rutgers employees and students. Topics vary each semester, covering popular interests, including:

  • Rutgers systems such as myRutgersPortal and ScarletApps
  • Equipment and facilities such as the exam scanner and enhanced-classroom equipment
