You can reset your forgotten password by clicking on "Forgotten Password". You can reset your forgotten password in two ways:

  • Via Security Questions and Answers.  Choose this option if you have already set up your Security Questions and Answers. Leave the Activation Key field blank.
  • Via the Activation key.  If you also forgot your Security Questions and Answers, choose this option.  You can obtain the Activation key from your Help Desk.  You will need to use the Activation Key within 48 hours from the time it was issued to you.
